Charges for the Services are payable in advance unless stated otherwise. Where a wallet or prepaid balance is used, you authorise us to debit applicable fees from that balance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, send spam/fraudulent communications, infringe rights, distribute malware, resell services without authorisation, or interfere with network integrity.
To comply with regulatory requirements (including SIM registration and KYC obligations), you may be required to submit identity information such as your NIN or BVN. You warrant that all information provided is true and belongs to you.
We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss arising from interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as necessary to deliver the Services and meet legal obligations.
All content, trademarks, software, and materials are owned by IDATAPLUG or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for intended use only.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, are required by law/regulator, or to protect the network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
